Privacy Policy

Weed Authority is designed to work without an account. Rec profile fields, saved retailers, saved products, and purchase ledger entries are stored locally on the user's iPhone using Apple local storage.
Information We Collect
The app does not require registration, advertising identifiers, tracking, or analytics. If a user enters medical cannabis card details, practitioner information, notes, or purchase entries, that information is stored locally on the device.
Official Portals
When a user opens an official state portal or retailer website, the page is loaded by Safari. Those external services have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by Weed Authority.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share app-entered rec profile or purchase ledger data with third parties.
Deletion
Users can delete local Weed Authority data inside the app from Account → Delete local data. Removing the app from the device also removes local app data according to iOS behavior.
